Why are my "daily" data series not refreshing every night? #
Some of the service providers that we use hold data on a daily basis, but update it 1-2 times a week, sharing new values for multiple most recent days. We look for new data from our suppliers every night, but our updates can only be as frequent as our data providers update their data.

What happens if I downgrade when I have more signals and/or metrics than I am entitled to? #
Downgrades only come into effect at your renewal time. You have time until then to disable signals and/or metrics to leave only the allowed number of signals/metrics enabled.
If you have too many signals or metrics at renewal time, we disable them all and email you to highlight that you should re-enable an allowed number of signals/metrics.

If I upgrade to a higher plan, when does this come into effect? #
Immediately.
Why do I see my current plan price as my next payment when I have scheduled at downgrade? #
We record your request to switch to a lower plan when you indicate this to us, but we do not submit this change to Paddle till the final hour before your plan is due to renew. Until then, if you view your billing portal, "Next payment" will appear as if the current, higher, plan will renew. Rest assured we will amend your subscription shortly before it renews to ensure it renews at the correct price for the lower plan.
